Frequently asked questions
Why does Cal2Meet need access to my calendar?
Cal2Meet reads your calendar in read-only mode to show your upcoming meetings and count down to them. It cannot change your calendar. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Where is my data stored?
Nowhere but your own Mac. Calendar data is kept in memory while the app runs and is never sent to our servers. Your sign-in tokens are stored in the macOS Keychain.
How do I revoke access?
Sign out from the Settings tab, or remove Cal2Meet from your Google Account permissions page.
The countdown is not showing my meeting
- Make sure you are signed in from the Settings tab.
- Cal2Meet shows events from your primary calendar for the current day.
- Use the refresh button in the Events tab to reload.
